Where: Six Ponds Area, Plymouth, MA
Cost: Free
Details: Come Join us for a walk around the ponds in the Six Ponds area of Plymouth. We will walk an easy 5-6 miles from Long Pond to Gallows Pond and then around Halfway Pond. Bring a pack lunch and we will stop for lunch along the pond shore. This is a dog friendly on leash walk so bring your best friend along. We will be walking on back roads and trails. Bring bug spray. If you want to swim bring a towel. We can go wading in Little Long Pond so remember old shoes or sandals.
Directions: We will meet at the Long Pond Boat Ramp on West Long Pond Road in Plymouth. Take Route 3 south to exit 3. At then end of the exit ramp take a right. Shortly, at the stop sign, go diagonally to the left across Long Pond Road on to Clark Road. Follow Clark Road down to it’s end. Take a left down the hill towards the pond. The boat ramp is here.
