AT HOME ➞ Pack bagel chips in a zip-top bag, puffed with air to help avoid smashing them.
IN CAMP ➞ Unwrap cheese and cut each stick into 6 pieces. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat and place several cheese chunks in pan, leaving about 2 inches between each piece. Cook about 3 minutes, until cheese starts to crisp and brown on the bottom and gets gooey and melty on top. Turn each piece once, then add as many pepperoni slices to pan as will fit. Continue cooking until pepperoni sizzles and becomes slightly shriveled and crisp. Top bagel chips with cheese, then pepperoni.
