This nonstick aluminum kit was ideal for family campouts. The three-liter pot could handle a mountain of pasta, plus there’s a two-liter pot, an eight-inch frypan, and two strainer lids. The nonstick surface was a dream to clean, even after I cooked fresh-caught fish with no oil, and it showed no signs of wear (I was careful to use nonscratching utensils).

Bonus: includes a folding plastic cutting board. Gripe: The little orange tabs for lifting the lids tend to pop off. $60; 2 lbs. 6 oz.; gsioutdoors.com.
