SHOPPING/PACKING LIST
- 8 ounces granola
- 12 ounces of mixed dried fruit
- 4 ounces powdered milk
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
- 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup smoked almonds
- 1/2 cup yogurt covered raisins
- 1/4 cup dried mango
- 1/4 cup dried papaya
- 1/4 cup dried pineapple
- 1 bagel
- 8 ounces beef jerky
- 2 trail bars
- 6 ounces linguine
- 1 7-oz. foil package of chicken in water
- 1 flour tortilla
- 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 5 cookies
- 2 packets hot cocoa
Snack 1
Three handfuls of dried-fruit-and-nut trail mix. Try this recipe below:
Fruitopia (all ingredients equal parts)
- M&M’s
- honey roasted peanuts
- smoked almonds
- yogurt covered raisins
- dried mango
- dried papaya
- dried pineapple
Lunch
- A bagel smeared with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 strips of jerky
- A handful of dried fruit
- Trail bar
Snack 2
- Trail bar and trail mix
Dinner
- 6 ounces of linguine mixed with half a can of chicken and topped with a sauce
- 1 tortilla topped with grated cheese
- 5 cookies
- 1 cup of hot chocolate or tea
