Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 mayo packets
  • 2 heaping Tbsp bacon bits
  • 1 baguette or bag of corn chips
  • 1⁄4 cup drained nacho jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

AT HOME ➞ Cut baguette in half (so it fits in your pack better), wrap in a paper towel, and pack in a plastic bag. Pack cheeses and bacon bits separately. If using jalapeños, pack in a small leakproof container, adding a little of the juice to keep them moist.

ON THE TRAIL ➞ Blend all ingredients except the bread or chips. If using jalapeños, drain first. Spread or dip as you please.
