After losing his best friend to the terrorist attack on a World Cup screening in Uganda, Tyler Dunning plunged into depression and despair. After some solo hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park, Dunning felt a spark of purpose once again. Dunning made plans to visit all 59 U.S. national parks and has found healing as well as a restored sense of purpose on the trails.
