Details: Join us for an evening of fun and winter skills building at Allagash Brewing Company! Come at 6pm to socialize over beverages and appetizers, followed by a Winter Skills discussion beginning at 630pm. This workshop will mostly focus on basic winter skills and safety concerns, like: layering, staying hydrated, signs of hypothermia, but there will so much more! A variety of gear will be available to check out, as well as folks available to answer more advanced and technical questions. We will discuss upcoming Maine Chapter events and winter trip planning in general. Whether you are new to winter adventures, experienced, or somewhere in between; there will surely be something for all to learn and/or contribute to others. Registration is not required, but helpful in determining numbers and quantity of food. This is going to be a fun night to meet new people, learn new skills, and enjoy some delicious beverages!
