Washington waterfalls have proved deadly this month: Last weekend, rescuers found the body of a 22-year-old Monroe woman after she fell over a cascade at Cedar Ponds Lake. And a 23-year-old Spokane man is presumed dead after he was sucked under Palouse Falls while swimming last Saturday.
