A moose and calf treated Smugglers' Notch skiers and riders to an up-close wildlife run-in this week.

A group of lucky skiers and snowboarders at Vermont’s Smugglers’ Notch Resort had a close encounter with a moose and calf in the snowy woods this week. A ski patroller and a coach both shared footage of the animals with NBC Boston.
