King County Hikers Can Now Catch Shuttles to Area Trailheads
To prevent overfull parking lots at three popular trails, Trailhead Direct will connect Metro riders on weekends and holidays.

Ever arrived at the Margaret’s Way, Poo Poo Point, or East Sunset Way trailheads and find it harder to park than Pike Place Market on a Saturday? King County’s Parks and Metro departments have a solution: Hop on a new Trailhead Direct shuttle, which will ferry hikers from the Issaquah area to the region’s busiest trails. Service is scheduled to run through late fall, then resume in the spring.
