Fifteen minutes from Santa Barbara, this 6.2-mile out-and-back traces the coastline on sandy beaches and a cliffside trail, passing views of playful dolphins and sea lions lounging on the rocks offshore. Grab lunch in Carpinteria, the turnaround point, before heading back to Rincon Beach.
