Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge won’t open its trails to hikers until at least September, documents filed in a lawsuit against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service reveal. A coalition of groups have filed suit trying to prevent the refuge from opening at all, arguing the agency hasn’t proved the site is safe for public visits.
