REI Buys $50M Bellevue Warehouse for New HQ
REI just closed the deal on a $49.3 million property in Bellevue's Spring District—the future site of its headquarters.

In March 2016, REI announced that it was planning to move its headquarters from Kent to Bellevue—but it was only this week that the move, and the $49.3 million, site, were made official. REI will build a 370,000-square-foot building at 1501 124th Ave NE, in Bellevue’s Spring District.
