Mt. Rainier Roads to Open in Time for 4th of July
The Sunrise and Mowich Lake roads are set to open Friday.

Visitors will be able to access all parts of Mt. Rainier National Park when the final two roads–to Sunrise and Mowich Lake–open this Friday for the season as scheduled. The two roads open up the high-altitude Sunrise area and the lesser-traveled Mowich Lake zone just in time for Fourth of July visitors.
