Tenney Mountain ski area in Plymouth, New Hampshire, reopened after 8 years of neglect last week with its snow tubing hill; chairlifts to the top of the mountain are the next step. Developers have spent about $4.5 million refurbishing the resort and its lodge. Tenney Mountain is the latest in a line of once-defunct New England ski resorts gaining new life, including Crotched Mountain and Granite Gorge.
