California Parks and Recreation will share the future management plan for Pismo State Beach and Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area at a public forum Thursday, November 30, in Pismo Beach. A likely topic: whether or not to reduce the size of the off-highway vehicle area to improve air quality in the surrounding towns.
