Some Jefferson County Trails Designated Bike-Only
The pilot program is experimenting with ways to reduce conflict between trail users.

In an effort to reduce conflict between trail uses on busy Jefferson County Open Space Trails, officials are designating two short stretches of trail for mountain bikes only. The new bike-only segments include .9 mile of the Longhorn Trail at White Ranch Park and 2 miles on the Dakota Ridge Trail at Matthews/Winters Park.
