Details: Take in 360-degree winter fire tower views (weather permitting) and make good use of longer late-winter days on beautiful Mount Carrigain. This 14.2-mile, 3712-ft elevation gain hike will combine a roadwalk, travel over flat bottomlands, and a steady climb to a scenic ridgeline and firetower. Participants should have above-treeline gear including face mask, goggles, and crampons, as well as recent winter 4k experience at similar distance and elevation gain.
