This week, a Fresno-based appeals court upheld a lower court’s ruling that rejected a push to drain Yosemite National Park’s Hetch Hetchy Reservoir. The group that sued for its removal and the return of the valley to its natural state, Restore Hetch Hetchy, vowed to take the case to the California Supreme Court.
