Governor’s council challenges residents to exercise

The New Hampshire Governor’s Council on Physical Activity and Health is providing free passes to some state parks this summer to encourage people to be active. The council is encouraging residents to exercise for 20 minutes or more each day in June, July, and August this year. The qualifying parks are:

Bear Brook State Park, Allenstown (no beach access)

Miller State Park, Peterborough

Moose Brook State Park, Gorham

Odiorne Point State Park, Rye

Rollins State Park, Warner

Rye Harbor State Park, Rye

Umbagog Lake State Park, Cambridge/Errol

Winslow State Park, Wilmot
