What’s worse than a bite from a mosquito? A bite from a mosquito carrying West Nile Virus. Researchers reported that the first mosquitos to test positive for the virus in Colorado in 2017 were discovered last week in Berthoud. July and August are the prime times for contracting the virus, so get the DEET ready.
