East Bay Regional Parks Free for Black Friday
The park district has partnered with REI's #OptOutside campaign to get people out of the mall and into the parks.

The East Bay Regional Park District is making it easier to burn off that turkey by partnering with REI’s #OptOutside campaign for the third year in a row. This Friday, recreation fees for all 73 parks will be waived to encourage people to celebrate Black Friday by getting outdoors. Special events include guided hikes at Redwood Park, nature activities at Crab Cove Visitor Center, and monarch-related crafts at Ardenwood Historic Farm.
