Welcome to the Henniker Rotary Club “Fire on the Mountain” Chili Fest, an annual celebration of all things spicy. Join us on August 20th, 2017 for a family-friendly afternoon at beautiful Pats Peak Ski Area in Henniker, NH filled with food, beverage, entertainment and activities for the kids.

In the 14 years the club has hosted Chili Fest, we have raised and distributed over $175,000 to local, regional and international service and humanitarian projects of the Henniker Rotary Club including providing aid to victims of Hurricane Irene, spearheading efforts to bring Pure Water to Nicaragua and Honduras and supporting the Rotary Foundation in its efforts to eradicate polio worldwide. Closer to home grants have gone to the beautification of Butler and Amey Brook Parks, purchasing smoke detectors for the Hillsborough and Henniker Fire Department to distribute to residents, aiding local food pantries and non-profit organizations and awarding scholarships to high school seniors going on to post secondary education or trade schools.

How good is your chili? Why not find out. Be one of our amateur chili makers and you could go home with the first place cash prize of $1,000 or a 2nd, 3rd or Best Booth Display trophy to display. Competitors already signed up from as far away as Montana and as close as Henniker and Hillsborough. Why not you?
