Chicago Parks Rank #8 in the U.S.

The 2018 Trust for Public Land's ParkScore report gives the Windy City high marks for investment and public access.

Chicago boasts the eighth-best park system in the country, according to the 2018 ParkScore report from the Trust for Public Land. The city scored particularly high on park spending (investment) and access (what percent of residents live within a 10-minute walk of a park). San Francisco took the top spot this year.
