John Cressey, otherwise known as the Camelback Santa, has been hiking a Christmas tree to the summit of Camelback Mountain every year—but park rangers and conservationists are no longer amused (or moved). Whether it’s a lovely tradition or an instance of litter is up to the parks and recreation board, who will decide on the tree’s fate in September.
