California Hiker Sues State to Recognize Sasquatch
She claims state agencies have damaged her job and credibility, and endangered residents, by not acknowledging the species.

A Crestline woman sued the state of California last month, saying the Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Natural Resources Agency have been derelict in duty by not recognizing the existence of Sasquatch. Claudia Ackley claims to have seen a Sasquatch several times, including last March while hiking at Lake Arrowhead with her daughters. She plans to introduce plentiful evidence to court, including fingerprints, tracks, DNA evidence, and testimony from biologists and police forensic officers.
