A bull elk—that was tagged last year for aggressive behavior—injured two women near Performance Park in Estes Park. One victim, a jogger, was rammed near her right hip; the other was knocked down nearby. A bystander captured a video of the elk confronting a city employee, who hid behind a trash can.
