California Bigfoot Lawsuit Dismissed

Last week, Claudia Ackley’s lawsuit against the state of California seeking to force it to officially recognize Sasquatch as a species was dismissed by the San Bernardino Superior Court. Undeterred, Ackley says she plans to refile the lawsuit and will introduce expert testimony and DNA evidence proving that Bigfoot exists.
