Atlanta Lands in Top 10 Affordable Cities for Outdoor Enthusiasts

In this recent analysis, realtor.com ranked the top 10 cities that are both affordable—with median home prices below $300,000—and close to outdoor recreation. Their criteria? Number of national parks within a four-hour drive, restaurants with outdoor seating, annual months of mild weather, and more. Thanks to great state parks and some 3,000 restaurants with patios and porches, Atlanta came in at number 8.
