Albany to Transform Interstate Off-Ramp into "Skyway" Park

Earlier this month, Governor Cuomo announced $3.1 million in funding to transform a little-used Interstate 787 off-ramp into a linear “Skyway” park for pedestrians and cyclists in Albany. The half-mile-long, landscaped new space will connect downtown Albany and several other neighborhoods to the Hudson River and Corning Riverfront Park.
