Get two ways to light a fire. Use the lace to make a fire bow (hard), or remove the thin, 1-inch ferro rod from the aglet (the hard tip at the end of the laces) and scrape it to create sparks (easier). Duct tape the ferro rod back in place when you’re done, and walk on.
