If you’re speeding in Grand Teton National Park, I wouldn’t worry about the cops—watch out for the wildlife. A pronghorn antelope clocked a motorcycle just after it passed an RV on U.S. 26/89/191 near Jackson, Wyoming, on Saturday.

No word on the antelope’s condition, but if he lived, the Wyoming Highway Patrol should consider hiring him. I’d think twice before passing an RV If I knew an antlered ungulate was out there waiting to own me if I did.

In other Tetons news, Jackson just got $1 million in federal economic stimulus funding to build a non-motorized pathway between Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. Construction begins next year on the The North 89 Pathway Project, which means in the near future you can just walk or ride your bike into the park and cut down on your chances for an antelope-vehicular incident.
