Get excited, PCT fans: the first trailer for the big screen version of “Wild” is finally here—and it looks pretty good!
We’ve been eager to see Reese Witherspoon as Cheryl Strayed ever since the casting was announced, and from these early glimpses, it looks like the film (which is adapted from Strayed’s popular memoir) won’t skimp on the uglier realities of thru-hiking. Huge blisters and external frame packs look to feature prominently during Reese’s travels. Check it out and judge for yourself:
