I don’t know what Outdoor Retailer Show Shannon is attending, but my first day at Utah’s Salt Palace was filled with oversized creature comforts.

Check out the AirBedz, an air mattress made for the bed of your pickup truck complete with wheel well cutouts. Twelves inches of padding. Price dependent on make and model.
