NPS Announces Free Admission Dates For 2015

2014’s far from over, but if you like to plan ahead, the National Park Service has announced 9 free admission dates for next year:
January 19: Martin Luther King Jr. Day
February 14-16: Presidents Day weekend
April 18-19: opening weekend of National Park Week
August 25: National Park Service Birthday
September 26: National Public Lands Day
November 11: Veterans Day
Of the 401 national parks and monuments in the U.S., 133 regularly charge an admission fee.
