I’ve been known to do some foolish things in my life, many of them in the backcountry. But thankfully, Ive never launched my pack off the top of a 9,672-foot peak while using it as a golfing tee. Unfortunately, this kid atop Banff National Park’s Mt. Rundle in Canada can’t say the same thing—he can’t even deny it, since his friend captured the whole thing on video. Check it:

Eep—that’s a long drop. At the very least, we know the kid needs to work on his swing. Hope his buddy doesn’t mind sharing his water on the long way down.
