The “Space & Cosmos” section of The New York Times has ventured into seedy territory. On Wednsday the paper published a report of a successful urine reclamation project aboard the International Space Station.
Apparently, three crew members, thanks to an unbranded and unnamed “recycling system,” were able to sip pouches of water recycled from urine while their coworkers at mission control jeered cheered them on.
