EPA's Most Wanted

Be a cop for the EPA by keeping an eye out for environmental fugitives

The EPA wants you… to keep an eye out for their most wanted. The list includes perpetrators of environmental crimes, from dumping a tanker of fuel into a stream in Ohio, to illegally importing cars into the US that don’t meet US emissions standards, to illegal asbestos removal throughout the Northeast. The site has profiles of each fugitive, along with print-at-home wanted posters of the 21 most wanted. They’re believed to be scattered around the world, in the US, Greece, China, the Netherlands and other locales. So don’t think your job is done, say, if you’re hiking the Alps. One of the EPA’s fugitives could be lurking in the next mountain hut.
