Cliffhanger—a.k.a. Die Hard on a Mountain, a.k.a. one of the best guilty pleasure movies of all time—is getting a reboot.

Deadline Hollywood reports that StudioCanal has hired Joe Gazzam to pen the screenplay for the revamped version of the 1993 thriller, which starred Sylvester Stallone as a mountain guide who faces off against a group of wily terrorists led by John Lithgow.
