Polar bears are 1,500-lb., 10-foot-tall behemoths that rule the Arctic sea ice with razor claws and two-inch fangs. But even the biggest polar bear starts as an itty-bitty, fuzzy-wuzzy, OMG-it’s-so-cuuuuuuuuuute football-sized cub [motivational poster alert]. The Toronto Zoo’s newest polar bear cub took its first steps this week — watch:

Enjoy it while it lasts. And yes, it’s a roly-poly ball of wonderfulness, but before you ask: No, you can’t take it home. I know because I asked first.
