If you’re looking to add a winter-specific bag to your arsenal, the Kelty Cosmic Down 0 is a great place to start. Rated to handle anything but negative temps, the bag is affordable, relatively compressible, and lightweight. Packing in 2 lb, 1.3 ounces of 550-fill down, it still tips the scales at a reasonable 3 lb, 15 oz for a regular.
