Jetboil’s Personal Cooking System (PCS) is fast, fuel-efficient, and foolproof, and this new titanium version is barely half the weight. With a burner and a .8-liter, neoprene-insulated cooking cup (includes sipper lid) with a fused-on heat exchanger, it cranks out a boil in just over two minutes (average time for full .8-liter pot in a variety of conditions) and keeps its firepower right down to the end of a canister. Use the burner with bigger pots or frypans, but save the titanium pot strictly for boiling water (my attempts at heating up a pork stew resulted in a burnt-on mess that damaged the cup). jetboil.com
