Answer:
Rock on, you must be in great shape! Check out one of Camelbak’s comfy bike-specific packs, like the H.O.S.S. It’s big enough–1400 cubic inches–to hold your work duds, plus it comes with a 100-liter reservoir so you’re all set for longer rides, too. It ain’t cheap–$150–but the main compartment is totally waterproof with a roll-top closure, so you don’t have to worry about looking like wet rag at the office. Plus, with all that gas money you’re saving, you deserve a splurge.
As for reflectivity on the ride home, the H.O.S.S. has a couple of small strips of reflective tape, but your best bet is to invest in a separate safety light, like the NiteIze Stick-On Marker (Niteize.com), which goes for 10 bucks and can be attached to the back of your bike seat, pack, or helmet and can be seen. NiteIze also has a whole bunch of other affordable LED flashers, any of which will do the trick.
