Coconut Chia Pudding

Chia is the darling of the nutrient dense treat world, and this no-brainer showcases its versatility.

Pack 2/3 cup chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract, a pinch of nutmeg, ¼ cup sugar, and a pinch of salt in a zip-top bag.
