Hop on the West Rim Trail and you’ll know why 50-mile Pine Creek Gorge earned the moniker “Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania.” Soak in the long-range views and, at the path’s terminus, plunge 1,000 feet into the earth on the Turkey Path Trail to explore the waterfalls and hardwoods concealed in the canyon’s eaves.
