7 Stanislaus National Forest Campgrounds Reopen This Week

There will be more happy campers in the Stanislaus National Forest this holiday weekend: Rangers announced access to seven campgrounds (Spicer, Spicer Group, Union East, Union West, Rocky Point, Sandy Flat, and Stanislaus River) had been restored this week after winter storm damage. The roads are still rough in spots, so rangers urged visitors to drive carefully.
