The tourism scene at Lake Tahoe’s South Shore used to be dominated by skiing (and gambling), but travel experts say that’s now changing as fewer winter sports enthusiasts hit the slopes. Why? They point to lackluster snowfall from climate change and the fact that millennials are less interested in skiing than previous generations.
