Climbing, hiking, biking, paddling and all outdoor activities take a certain level of effort. If you are interested in becoming more active in the outdoors, join our instructors for a session that will give you some ideas to incorporate cross training exercises into your activities and make a unique and specialized workout just for you. Note this is not a Workout session - we will demonstrate a select number of exercises for you to try and provide examples of how you can use these examples to modify and enhance your work out.
