Officials expect up to 10,000 people to gather in the Chattahoochee National Forest’s Bull Mountain area next week for the annual Rainbow Family gathering. The countercultural group holds a get-together every year in a different national forest; the event centers around community and praying for peace, members say. Forest officials are advising hikers of potentially crowded roads and trails in the area through the Fourth of July.
