Senator Joe Donnelly of Indiana said he’s hopeful the U.S. Senate will soon pass a measure upgrading Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore to a national park. (The House passed the bill early last month.) If enacted, Indiana Dunes would become the country’s fourth-smallest national park.
